About Us
AGCC Properties is a family owned and operated property development company that formed in 2011, and incorporated in July 2020. Our aim is to provide quality, sustainable developments in and around Cambridge.
Our builds are always focussed on remaining in keeping with Cambridge's beautiful surroundings and inspring character, whilst making best use of the site. This is achieved by carefully selecting suitable, local architects and contractors.
Current Projects
A development comprising seven flats in a prime central location, close to the city centre, colleges, and business parks. Excellent transport links and an abundance of nearby amenities.
Expected completion: Spring 2023.
